Calming Lavender Lemon Tea

  • 1 Earl Grey tea bag⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
  • 2 tsp of culinary lavender buds
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey (or to desired sweetness)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
  • Lavender sprigs for garnish (optional)⁣

METHOD

Feeling stressed? Try out this Calming Lavender Lemon Tea, a floral floral twist on iced tea!

To Make: Steep tea, honey and lavender in 3 cups of boiling water for 5-8 minutes. Strain and chill in fridge until cold. Pour chilled tea & lavender mixture and lemon juice into Spärkel bottle. Add water to fill line. Carbonate on level 4. Garnish with lavender sprigs and enjoy!
