Homemade electrolyte drink ⚡🔋💪

🥥 1 cup coconut water

🧂 ⅛ tsp sea salt

🍯 1 tsp of raw honey

🍋 juice of 1/2 a lemon

🍋 juice of 1/2 a lemon

METHOD

This is the perfect drink before and after workouts, when you’re feeling under the weather, or on a hot day. Did you know that the body loses water and electrolytes from sweating during exercise? The electrolytes in coconut water include potassium, sodium and manganese, helping to rehydrate your body effectively!

To Make

In your Spärkel bottle, combine the coconut water, sea salt, raw honey, lemon juice, and lemon slice. Fill the bottle with cold water up to the first fill line.

Choose your preferred carbonation level. We recommend Level 4.

In a glass, add ice cubes, then pour in the Homemade Electrolyte drink. Garnish with an additional lemon slice if desired. Enjoy!
